At EquiClay, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. We partner with Courier Guy and Pudo Lockers for our deliveries. Please read the following policy for details on our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options through trusted partners:
- Courier Guy: Door-to-door delivery for fast and reliable service.
- Pudo Lockers: A self-service option for secure, contact-free collection from a Pudo locker near you.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Courier Guy: 2-5 business days within major regions.
- Pudo Lockers: 2-5 business days for pickup availability.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
For tracking:
- Courier Guy: Use the provided tracking number on their official website.
- Pudo Lockers: You will receive instructions via SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection.
6. Pudo Locker Pickup
For Pudo locker deliveries, please ensure you collect your parcel within the specified time frame (usually 36-48 hours after notification). Failure to collect within the time frame may result in your parcel being returned to us.
7. Delivery Issues

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take care to package your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and details of the issue to assist with a resolution.
